- Psychosomatic
- Cardiac (1%)
- Left-sided obstructive lesions
- Dysrhythmias
- HOCM
- Pericarditis
- Prinzmetal's angina (vasospasm)
- MI
- Rare, even post-Kawasaki
- Mitral valve prolapse
