Jean Bethune is the Program Management Official in the Business Management Activity, Division of Laboratory Systems (DLS). In her role with DLS, she guides management and operations of the division’s branches and teams. She is responsible for the division’s daily business, administrative, financial operations and reporting functions.
Prior to joining DLS, Mrs. Bethune retired after serving 22 years in the United States Air Force Reserves. After which, she served as a Management and Program Analyst in the Office of Safety, Security, and Asset Management (OSSAM) and a Budget Analyst in CDC’s Financial Management Office. She has experience in formulating, tracking, and executing budgets, as well as monitoring financial performance. Mrs. Bethune began her CDC career in 1998 and she brings with her a wealth of expertise in business and administrative services.
Mrs. Bethune earned both her MBA and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration specializing in Accounting from Saint Leo University.
