Core Microbiology Skills

Course Description

In this series of short videos you will learn several core microbiological skills that are used in public health, clinical and research laboratories. Use these videos as an adjunct to training given in your laboratory. The skills we will cover are: how to make a smear, how to do a gram stain, how to perform a wet and tube motility, how to perform a slide and tube catalase test and finally how to do an oxidase test.
