What
Tobacco use is the leading preventable cause of cancer and cancer deaths. Cancers linked to tobacco use make up 40% of all cancers diagnosed. According to this new CDC Vital Signs report, more than 1 million tobacco-related cancer deaths have been avoided since 1990. However, not all states or all people have seen the same benefits.
