•INHALATION Cough. Sore throat.
Ventilation, local exhaust, or breathing protection.
Fresh air, rest. Half-upright position. Refer for medical attention immediately.
•SKIN MAY BE ABSORBED! Redness.
Protective gloves. Protective clothing.
Remove contaminated clothes. Rinse and then wash skin with water and soap.
•EYES Redness. Pain.
Face shield and eye protection in combination with breathing protection.
Rinse with plenty of water (remove contact lenses if easily possible). Refer for medical attention.
•INGESTION (See Inhalation).
Do not eat, drink, or smoke during work.
Rinse mouth. Give one or two glasses of water to drink. Refer immediately for medical attention.

The substance decomposes on heating or on burning producing toxic fumes including hydrogen chloride (see ICSC0163) . Reacts with strong oxidants. Attacks powdered metals and plastic.

EFFECTS OF SHORT-TERM EXPOSURE:
The substance is irritating to the eyes and the respiratory tract, is mildly irritating to the skin . The substance may cause effects on the liver. (severe irrt to the mucos membranes, severe irrit of throat and stomach); gnificantly smalle, very slight irrit, mild irrit); rit cat 2A, skin irrit cat 3, resp tract irrit cat 3; ,52 (In the section of single exposure in human, the men (after spending 3 hr cleaning a chemical tank) became comatose and died from liver failure

EFFECTS OF LONG-TERM OR REPEATED EXPOSURE:
The substance may have effects on the liver and kidneys . This substance is possibly carcinogenic to humans. nogenicity 2),43,44,46,50, EU carcinogenicity cat 2, but no evaluation in IARC, It is not possible to exclude a genotoxic mechanism for the induction of the tumors of rat tongue
