Ms. Johnson began her CDC career 20 years ago in an administrative position in the Management Analysis and Services Office, providing business services. She soon began to manage CDC-wide reviews of reorganization proposals and served as a liaison with the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) regarding CDC’s structure and mission.
Beginning in 2002, while working in CDC’s Competitive Sourcing Activity in MASO, Ms. Johnson served on an HHS committee planning and providing guidance on implementing the Fair Act Inventory. During this same time, Ms. Johnson served as CDC’s point of contact for competitive sourcing related to the President’s Management Agenda, managing A-76 study teams and special projects.
Ms. Johnson received a Presidential Letter in 2004 for her accomplishments in CDC’s competitive sourcing efforts.
