Your child is in time-out, but she whines and yells the entire time.
WHAT WOULD YOU DO?
You tell her that she has to be quiet if she wants to get out of time-out.

Yes! Your child is trying to get your attention. Let her blow off some steam. When she is quiet for at least 5 seconds, ask her if she is ready to come out.
