Participation in Older Adult Physical Activity Programs and Risk for Falls Requiring Medical Care, Washington State, 2005-2011

Consistent EF users were the greatest proportion of the sample without a medical fall at the end of the study period, followed by intermittent EF users and nonusers. Curves for consistent and intermittent SS groups were similar, and both showed reduced time to falls compared with the nonuser group.
