Activities that took place during 2010 were evidence-based training, action planning, a review of partnership principles, and listening tours. Community garden and school project planning, implementation, and evaluation took place from early 2011 through 2013. The community garden video was developed in late 2011 and early 2012. Sustainability planning, including subcommittees, took place from late 2012 through 2013. During 2013, a school guidebook was developed and disseminated. Partnership evaluation took place during the second half of 2013.
