CDC Newsroom Releases– Get the latest CDC press releases, media advisories, and transcripts.
Digital Press Kits– Includes several resources on one event or theme which are often released simultaneously with a CDC announcement or briefing.
CDC’s Vital Signs
The CDC Vital Signs monthly report– Get monthly summaries of important health topics—colorectal and breast cancer screening, obesity, alcohol and tobacco use, HIV testing, motor vehicle safety, cardiovascular disease, teen pregnancy and healthcare-associated infections, foodborne disease and more.
Released the first Tuesday of every month, it includes a MMWR Early Release, a graphic fact sheet and website, a media release, and social media tools.
National Center for Health Statistics
The mission of the National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS) is to provide statistical information that will guide actions and policies to improve the health of the American people. As the Nation’s principal health statistics agency, NCHS leads the way with accurate, relevant, and timely data.
