Nationwide
The WTC Health Program has a Nationwide Provider Network (NPN) to serve members who live outside the New York City metropolitan area. The NPN is available to WTC, Pentagon, and Shanksville responders and WTC survivors. For information about the NPN call 1-888-982-4748.

Fire Department of New York (FDNY) Responders
The The FDNY Responder Health Program provides monitoring exams and treatment to FDNY members (both active and retired) who participated in the WTC rescue and recovery effort at any of the WTC sites (including Ground Zero, Staten Island landfill, and the NYC Chief Medical Examiner's office) between 9/11/01 and July 2002.
