- Vascular insufficiency from AV fistula
- AV fistula aneurysm/pseudoaneurysm
- High-output heart failure from AV fistula
Workup
- Doppler ultrasound can accurately measure access flow rate and establish the diagnosis
Management
- Surgical banding of the access
