- Central (Hypothalamus, brainstem, spinal cord)
- Preganglionic (Pulmonary apex)
- Postganglionic (Superior cervical ganglion, ICA, skull base, cavernous sinus)
Etiology

- Brain tumor
- ICA dissection
- Zoster
- Trauma
- Peds
- Neuroblastoma
- Lymphoma
- Mets
Clinical Features
- Ipsilateral ptosis, miosis, anhydrosis
- Neck pain suggest carotid dissection
