- Impact seizure (head trauma)
- Seizure with VP shunt

Evaluation
- Focus on altered mental status workup, with PRES as diagnosis of exclusion
- MRI shows cerebral edema, especially in posterior circulation[3]
Management
- Control Blood Pressure
- Discontinue immunosupprants
