Adult Dosing
- Influenza A: 100 mg PO BID
Pediatric Dosing
- <10 years old: 5 mg/kg PO daily, max 150 mg/day
- 10 years or older: 100 mg PO BID
Special Populations
- Pregnancy Rating: C
- Lactation risk: Infant risk cannot be ruled out
- Renal dosing, CrCl <30: 100 mg PO daily
- Severe liver disease: 100 mg PO daily

- Heart block, syncope heart failure
- Cerebrovascular and spinal vascular disorders
- Seizure
- Hallucinations
- Bronchospasm
Common
- Nausea/vomiting, abdominal pain, anorexia, xerostomia
- Asthenia, dizziness, fatigue
- Nervousness, insomnia
- Headache
Pharmacology
- Half-life: ~25h
- Metabolism: Hepatic
- Excretion: Mostly renal
