Adult Dosing
- 2-4g PO daily in 1-4 doses
Pediatric Dosing
- >2mo: 75-150 mg/kg PO daily in 1-4 doses

- Renal dosing: use with caution
- Hepatic dosing: use with caution
Contraindications
- Allergy to class/drug
- Infants <2mo (except to treat congenital toxoplasmosis)
- Pregnant women at term

- Agranulocytosis, hemolytic anemia, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, aplastic anemia,
- Crystalluria
