Updated: Fact Sheet
These 8.5 by 11 inch fact sheets provide basic information about colorectal cancer and screening.
Updated: Brochures
Newly updated and redesigned brochures and a series of one-pagers explain screening options, benefits of getting screened, risk factors, questions to ask your health care provider, and fast facts about colorectal cancer.
Our posters are designed to raise awareness among men and women about colorectal cancer.
We offer a variety of postcards that can be used by medical groups, clinical practices, and insurance providers at health fairs, conferences, and other community settings to encourage men and women to get screened.
Usage Guidelines
Content developed by CDC’s Screen for Life campaign and presented on CDC’s Web site is available for public use exactly as it is found online, without being changed in any way. If you have questions about whether or how you may use these campaign resources, or if you would like to request Screen for Life print ads or print disks, please call 1 (800) CDC-INFO or contact CDC-INFO.
Fact sheets, brochures, posters, postcards, banner ads, and PSAs

Adding or removing logos or information to highlight the services provided by an individual, company, or organization would imply endorsement by the Department of Health and Human Services, which is against federal policy.
