Franklin Awards for Outstanding Performance
- Louis Ndikumana, Friederike Swain, Pamela Gruduah and Sylla Ibrahima.
- For outstanding performance in support of the SHEM DriveCam Program, which reduced risky driving by 80% and saved lives among U.S. Embassy employees, family members, and local nationals.

- For his extraordinary performance in outstandingly arranging high workload travel in the absence of the main travel arranger

“On December 23, 2016, the Umbrella of Organizations of People with Disabilities in the Fight against HIV and AIDS and in Health Promotion or UPHLS celebrated their ten-year anniversary. This was also an opportunity for UPHLS to recognize partner organizations and stakeholders who have helped them through the years as they work towards ensuring all persons with disabilities who have HIV/AIDS receive high standards of medical care and treatment. CDC Rwanda was one of the partner organizations recognized at this event. UPHLS awarded CDC Rwanda a Certificate of Appreciation for the financial and technical support to UPHLS over the years through the project dubbed ‘Local Nongovernmental Partnerships for Sustained Country Leadership in Rwanda under the Presidential Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR).””
