Swimming Pool Inspections Training CD
The Swimming Pools and Spas Interactive Training CD-ROM was developed by the Volusia County (Florida) Health Department and used by CDC for training purposes. Contractors receive 12 CEUs after passing the online test.
This CD-ROM is an excellent and innovative resource for individuals in local and state environmental programs. It is useful both as a training tool for new environmental health personnel and as a review for experienced staff. The 37 lessons on the CD-ROM include:
- Over 100 videos, computer animations and detailed 3-D graphics
- 470 photos
- Interactive problem-solving exercises and quizzes
- Live links to the CDC Healthy Swimming website
