In the Notice to Readers "Recommended Childhood Immunization
Schedule -- United States, 1997," in the double asterisk footnote
on page 39, the manufacturer of the HbOC component of Tetramune
was incorrect. Instead of Praxis Biologics, the manufacturer
should have been listed as Lederle Laboratories, Inc., Division
of American Cyanamid (Pearl River, New York).
