Satellite Broadcast on Hantavirus Pulmonary Syndrome
Clinical Update, 1999
CDC and the Public Health Training Network will cosponsor a
live
satellite broadcast of clinical information about hantavirus
pulmonary
syndrome on May 27, 1999, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. eastern daylight
time. The
broadcast is intended for primary-care and internal medicine
physicians and
nurses who evaluate patients in emergency departments, pulmonary
and
infectious diseases specialists, epidemiologists, laboratorians,
vector-control specialists, wildlife biologists, and health
educators.
Continuing education credit is available for a variety of
professions based
on 2 hours of instruction.
