In the MMWR Surveillance Summary (Vol. 57, No. SS-5), "Malaria Surveillance --- United States, 2006," errors occurred
in Figure 2 on page 35. The title for the figure should read, "Number of imported malaria cases and estimated relative case
rates* among U.S. residents,by country of acquisition --- United States, 2006," and the fourth sentence of the footnote
should read, "The number of cases of malaria among U.S.
resident travelers attributable to each country is displayed next to
the country name in parentheses."
