Subject: Voluntary Rescission of PnTD Corporation Certificates of Approval TC-84A-5494 and TC-84A-5630
At the request of PnTD Corporation (PTD), the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) has rescinded certificates of approval TC-84A-5494 and TC-84A-5630.
As of July 24, 2012, no PnTD Corporation or private labeled respirator model bearing the NIOSH approval numbers listed above is approved and will not be manufactured, assembled, sold, or distributed as a NIOSH approved product.
