Suzi M. Connor
Ms. Connor serves as the Director, Management Information Systems Office and Deputy Chief Information Officer. As the MISO Director, Ms. Connor provides leadership and oversight of CDC’s enterprise-wide administrative business IT solutions, services, data management and integration in support of CDC’s core business functions including: Financial, Human Resources, Procurement, Grants, Asset Management, and Workforce Management. She serves as the Co-chair to CDC’s Enterprise Services Committee as well as the Business Systems Governance Council.
Prior to joining CDC, Ms. Connor served as the Director, Administrative Operations Service (AOS) for the Program Support Center (PSC) within the U.S. Department of Health & Human Service (HHS). As Director, Ms. Connor was responsible for the management and oversight of a variety of administrative and technical shared services including transportation and travel, publishing, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and records management, mail operations, payroll services, and contact center management.
Ms. Connor has extensive senior level domestic and international experience providing guidance and support to CIOs for Fortune 100 companies and large government agencies. Her portfolio of skills includes: shared service development and process improvement, strategic and organizational planning, sourcing and vendor management, change management, and Information Technology Services management.
