Success Stories

The CDC’s Learning Office conducted a follow up project to capture a “success story” from each of the 36 MLI communities. The purpose of collecting success stories was to describe what happened at the local, community level following the Summit and Post-Summit Activity and gather detailed examples or “stories” of where and how the Initiative made a positive impact.
