- Acidosis
- Hyperkalemia

- Fluid overload
- Uremia
- Overdoses of the following:
- Salicylates
- Methanol
- Ethylene glycol
- Lithium
- Theophylline
- Carbamazepine
- Amanita (mushrooms)
