- Ovarian torsion

- Psoas abscess
- Testicular torsion
- Kidney stone
- Neutropenic enterocolitis (typhlitis)
Workup
Management
- Mild/uncomplicated
- Supportive care (do NOT require antibiotics)
- Mod-severely ill
- Cover for Yersinia
Disposition
Normally discharged home, unless:
- Significant volume depletion
- Significant electrolyte imbalance
- Sepsis
