Discover CDC’s Act Against AIDS Consumer Campaigns
Launched in 2009 by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Act Against AIDS focuses on raising awareness among all Americans and reducing the risk of HIV infection among the hardest-hit populations—gay and bisexual men, African Americans, Latinos, and other communities at increased risk. As part of the Act Against AIDS initiative, CDC has developed various educational campaigns focused on HIV care and treatment, prevention, testing, and awareness for consumers.
