No way. Peer pressure can be good or bad. You've just got to look at what your bud's trying to convince you to do. If your friend's trying to convince you to do something that sounds fun or exciting, but that makes you kind of nervous, like white water rafting, or going to a new summer camp, then it can be a positive kind of pressure. Your pal's just trying to expand your horizons. But if whatever your friend is suggesting makes you the really nervous, or uncomfortable, or you know you could get hurt or in trouble, you're dealing with bad peer pressure—and you're best off if you say no.
No way. Zingers can be fun, but you don't have to use them. You can always keep it simple—just say, "no thanks," and walk on. It's fine to come up with a witty reason why drinking's a drag, but you don't have to. No one can argue with "I don't like it" or "I don't feel like it." If the person is bullying you at all, it can be smartest to keep it simple. A major burn might make them mad, and that won't help you at all.
