Diabetes Data and Statistics, the Web publication of the US Diabetes Surveillance System, provides resources documenting the public health burden of diabetes and its complications in the United States. Here are some frequently asked questions about the system.
The Diabetes County Atlas is an interactive Web application that allows you to view diabetes surveillance data and trends at the state and county levels and how counties compare with each other (ranks). Find out more about the methodology to obtain county-level estimates and county ranks.
The Diabetes Atlas requires Adobe's Flash Player 10.0 or later to be installed. If you do not have Flash Player installed, please click the following link to download Flash Player 10.0.
The Atlas works best on a Windows platform with Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 (or later), JavaScript enabled, screen resolutions of 1024 X 768 pixels (or greater) and 256 colors (or better). Pop-up blockers should be turned off for this site to function properly.
