Abstract: The goals of developing a program to evaluate the O&E of the Tennessee Lead Based Paint Program (TN LBPP) include determining all activities that can be classified as O&E and reviewing these activities for effectiveness. The TN LBPP actively works with the following target groups: training providers, contractors, partners and federally-funded grantees, primary caregivers, landlords, realtors, and the general public.
