Physical Description

Bright yellow, crystalline powder with a slight ammonia-like odor.

Incompatibilities & Reactivities

Strong oxidizers, strong reducers [Note: May result in spontaneous heating of organic materials in the presence of moisture.]

Symptoms

irritation nose, throat; cyanosis, ataxia; tachycardia, tachypnea; dyspnea (breathing difficulty); irritability; vomiting, diarrhea; convulsions; resp arrest; anemia; methemoglobinemia; jaundice
