Organizational Links
The Center for Sharing Public Health Services is a national initiative that supports 16 sites across 14 states to identify, test, and define cross-jurisdictional sharing methods. The website offers resources, case studies, and site information from jurisdictions supported. It also includes A Roadmap to Develop Cross Jurisdictional Sharing Initiatives, which provides guidance and questions for exploring cross-jurisdictional sharing arrangements. The center is managed by the Kansas Health Institute with support from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
