CDC’s Arthritis Program works with many partners to help increase education, awareness, and research about arthritis and improve arthritis management and quality of life. CDC-Recommended Intervention Programs
CDC’s Arthritis Program recommends evidence-based physical activity and self-management education intervention programs that are proven to improve the quality of life for people with arthritis. Physical Activity Communications Campaigns
Media campaigns to promote health messages are useful in reaching broad segments of the population. CDC’s Arthritis Program recommends two communication campaigns to promote physical activity to relieve the pain and disability associated with arthritis.
Physical Activity. The Arthritis Pain Reliever is a health communications campaign promoting physical activity to Caucasians and African-Americans with arthritis aged 40 to 65 years.
Buenos días, artritis is a health communications campaign designed to reach Spanish-speaking Hispanics with arthritis aged 45 to 64 years.
