CDC Hosts Media Availability for New Ebola Exhibition

What:

CDC will host a media availability on June 28, 2017, for reporters who want to tour the new exhibition, EBOLA: People + Public Health + Political Will. Reporters will be able to explore the exhibition and view photographs of the outbreak by some of the world’s leading photojournalists. Artifacts on display, including crosses made to mark the graves of victims, offer a glimpse of what life was like inside the outbreak.

Acting CDC Director Anne Schuchat, M.D., will be on hand to answer questions for a portion of the media availability. Judy Gantt, museum director, and CDC staff who deployed to West Africa to help stop the outbreak will also be available.
