Holding two meetings provides an opportunity for energy workers and other's interested in this information to attend whichever meeting is most convenient. Space is limited so please attend only one of the two meetings to allow room for others who may also be interested in attending. Attendance at these meetings is voluntary and will not affect individual claims filed under Parts B or E of EEOICPA.
These meetings are intended to provide basic information on the SEC petition process, and will cover topics such as (1) how to file an SEC petition, (2) who is eligible to file an SEC petition, (3) what steps SEC petitions go through, and (4) background information about the SEC.
Please note that NIOSH representatives at the meeting will not have access to information pertaining to individual dose reconstructions, and will not be equipped to answer such questions while in Pinellas Park.
