Preventive Medicine Grand Rounds

PMR/F Logo with word cloud

The Preventive Medicine Grand Rounds is a lecture series focused on applying systems-based approaches to help prepare public health leaders to efficiently address major population health issues. The goal of the Grand Rounds is to provide a learning forum with real life public health projects that reinforce leadership and management skills for: preventive medicine residents and faculty; physicians, registered nurses, veterinarians, and other health practitioners working to improve the health of populations; and public health leaders and managers.

As preventive medicine and public health share the ultimate goal of improving population health, each lecture will feature an experienced preventive medicine and public health professional or clinical practitioner as they describe how they used a systems-based approach to accomplish public health and population health goals.
