2. Tulsa, Oklahoma (4.19% or 67,486 individuals)
3. Los Angeles-Long Beach-Anaheim, California (4.10% or 65,936 individuals)
4. Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (3.18% or 51,193 individuals)
