How do I save the map and legend to use in a presentation or report?

Use the following steps as the best approach to saving the map and legend to use in a presentation or report.

Note: If you prefer to right click and save the map, keep in mind that the legend will not be saved along with the map.

Step 1: Choose to map which you would like to snip.

Step 2: Use the snipping tool to snip the map and legend.
