Learn More About the Active Efforts from the 2015 Coverdell FOA DP15-1514
PCNASP developed the DP15-1514 to improve the quality of care for acute stroke patients. Program activities address stroke care from the first symptoms of stroke through rehabilitation and recovery, focusing on improvement measures for EMS, hospitals, other health care facilities, and communities.
CDC currently funds nine states. The five-year cooperative agreement is funded from 2015 to 2020, based on funds available.
